How do I get the wrinkles out of my dress, robe, etc?

We recommend using a steamer. You can also dry clean most items but please refer to the care label or our customer service team for cleaning and care recommendations.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do not accept changes or cancellations due to the automatic processing and fulfillment of your order.

What if my item is delayed?

I ordered a pre-order item. When will I receive it?

Are alterations included?

Similar to most special occasion stores, alterations are done at the client's expense. We highly recommend this as a local tailor will be able to fit the dress to you in-person to your liking. We do not provide alterations.

What is your return policy?

We will issue a full store credit (not including shipping) for unworn merchandise returned within 14 business days of delivery. To process your return, please use our returns portal. Do not include BB when entering your order number.  https://bridalb
